Terms of Service

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the website operated by Clash Vertical Interactive Inc. ("Clash Vertical Arcade," "we," "us," or "our"), including the games Frost Strike and Dragon's Gate (together, the "Site"). By accessing or using the Site, you agree to these Terms.

1. Free to play, no purchases

All games on the Site are provided free of charge for entertainment purposes only. The Site does not offer real-money wagering, cash prizes, in-game purchases, loot boxes, or any mechanism to deposit or withdraw funds. Nothing on the Site should be construed as gambling.

2. Eligibility

We do not guarantee the Site will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of harmful components.

7. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Clash Vertical Interactive Inc. will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or related to your use of the Site. Nothing in these Terms limits any liability that cannot be limited under applicable Canadian law.

8. Changes to the Site or Terms

We may modify, suspend, or discontinue the Site or any game at any time. We may also update these Terms from time to time; continued use of the Site after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.

9. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Province of Ontario and the federal laws of Canada applicable therein, without regard to conflict of law principles.
